But if you are looking for a place to hold a seminar or other occasion in the meeting room you are definitely come to the wrong place. At least that what I was experienced.
The event organizer booked for the main meeting room but to their and my surprise we were given the smaller room. Only after we protested the management promised to move our venue to the main meeting room for the second day. The smaller room we used the first day were terrible. Not to mention that it was too small, it has two poles in the middle of the room, the speaker was far from good, with one broken speaker stand in front of the room but we couldn't use it. The sound system from the laptop was using the broken cable that we had to wrap it with rubber band to make it work.
Not a single person from the management took some times to see how bad that room was. Even after I talked to the Senior Sales Manager (the highest rank in the management available at that time), only a banquet staff showed his present in the room.
No service recovery they offered to me either when I talked to him but saying that they were sorry. Even when I asked for late checked out (for two rooms) until 4 PM since our seminar would only finished by then because we lost almost 1 hour at the first day preparing for the sound system. The late checked out was not approved at the first time and we only get until 1 PM. I had to ask twice before we got it.
This hotel very need to refresh their knowledge about "Quality Service Excellent"
