Traveled on business
First is the parking space. This hotel doesn't have a big space for park the cars, to the point that I had to park my car across the street in the housing complex. They offered the valet service, but I'd rather do it myself since I just didn't believe the security who offered it to me can park my car safely.
I don't know about the room, but the interior of the meeting room and restaurant were gloomy, damp, and smelled not fresh. Many things need to be refurnished inside the meeting room. And the banquet staffs should be more responsive to what guests need. I asked for the flip-chart board, and took them almost half an hour to provide one for me. And I think it's very funny when the hotel meeting room doesn't equipped with standard audio system, that my friend had to bring his own in order to make our seminar can be delivered with the good sound system.
The last one is about the food. Even the food in the low class wedding ceremonies in Bandung taste much better than the one I had for lunch in this hotel. I think this hotel could not even hire the good cook for its restaurant, beats me.
To the manager, I am sorry for this review, but I have to write this in order for you to improve your service. I hope next time I'd visit this hotel, I would see some improvements.
