Overall, this hotel is just average. Beside it's in the middle of the city that makes easier for you to get around, and it is quite a new hotel; nothing else that this hotel could offer compare to other hotels. Oh… this hotel has see-through glass wall in the bath room so it is good for honeymoon couple :)
But breakfast was not as expected. One morning, I was the first person went to the restaurant for breakfast since I needed to go early in the morning. I was stunned when I found my rice is under cooked to the point that it was not eatable. I told the waiter that I wanted to see the restaurant manager but he was not available yet and I met the manager on duty instead. I reported to him what I had and he put some notes. After that I saw the restaurant staff change the rice bowl with the new one. Good thing for the hotel only one guess ate that uncooked rice!
The other flaw is the swimming pool. The water is not crystal clear and it has some kind of filament on the surface. When I asked the hotel staff he said that it was because of the quality of the water from Water Company. OK... but I think for 4-star hotel, they should have the water filtering and purifying system, don't they?
