I really love pempek, and believe me when I say that the taste of this pempek is at least top 5 of every pempek I tasted. I asked for take away to be put in the baggage and took it by plane. They have excellent vacuum wrapping plastic with frozen uncooked pempek inside. Up until I opened my bag about 6 hours later, the pempek was still frozen and no leak from the plastic wrapping.
So if you want to do it like I did, Pempek Nony is really the good choice.
