It was a business trip and the hotel was booked by the event organizer. They told me that I will get the deluxe room with double bed in non-smoking floor. But when I got there by 10 PM, I came with disappointment since I got the room with twin bed in a smoking floor. I was upset and wanted to speak to the manager. But the nice lady in the receptionist told me to stand by while she was finding out what she could do for this inconveniences. After waited for about 10 minutes, she told me that the room were full and for that reason they will upgrade my room to Junior Suit with double bed in non-smoking floor. I was thrilled and thanked the lady.
So, there I was in the room exceeded my expectation enjoying my moment for two nights. The room was... roomy :) with big couch and a study on the corner of the room equipped with nice office chair. The bath room was huge with separate bathtub and shower corner in deep white color. And of course, free high speed wide-band Wi-Fi in the room just for myself to enjoy.
Breakfast, very good with American and Indonesian style and of course the fruits! You may not want to miss the pineapple and orange while you are in Medan. It is the best in the world!
The only turned down for this hotel was the swimming pool. It was a small size pool for the 5-star hotel.
