They also has a very good service recovery. The last time I ate there with my family about a week ago the waiter had put a wrong sauce for 2 of our steaks and had a mistake on 'doneness' of one of our steak. We only ordered 3 streaks and all of them not as we ordered. After we complained, I thought they would only just changed the sauce and reheated the steak, but to my surprise, they changed them all with the fresh new ones. Good for them and I appreciated that a lot. This is what we call a very good service recovery.
