Now Abuba Steak @Bandung has new refresh menu for its customers. They are now concentrating only to steak as they should had been since long time ago. They used to had vast variety of menu and eliminate their specialty on steaks. But now it’s definitely better.
They also has a very good service recovery. The last time I ate there with my family about a week ago the waiter had put a wrong sauce for 2 of our steaks and had a mistake on 'doneness' of one of our steak. We only ordered 3 streaks and all of them not as we ordered. After we complained, I thought they would only just changed the sauce and reheated the steak, but to my surprise, they changed them all with the fresh new ones. Good for them and I appreciated that a lot. This is what we call a very good service recovery.
