Jambi is a small city, so it's very easy to get anywhere, and it's easy to get from the airport to this hotel which located in the heart of Jambi City. This is a good hotel if you're traveling to Jambi on Business trip. This is a new hotel, so everything is still fresh and new. The lobby is OK and the restaurant consider has the good interior.
Speaking about the restaurant, the food is good because every day serving the American breakfast and Jambi local dishes. The breakfast start at 6.30, but until I finished my breakfast around 7, the egg corner was still close. I love to have egg for my breakfast, so this is very very disappointment for me. The hotel should make the egg corner open as the breakfast started. As a matter of fact, this is the only 4-star hotel I have ever stayed which doesn't serve egg for the breakfast. PITY!
If it is not because of the room quality and sleep quality I had, I would have already given the 'Poor' for the rating. The room is consider spacious and the bed is good. The bathroom is OK with the see-through glass wall like in the honey moon setting. And the view of my room is to the Batang Hari River with sun sets as the background.
I stayed in this hotel for giving seminar in the meeting room. The meeting room is standard with a little bit trouble for the sound system. Lucky I get there a lot earlier to make the preparation flawless. The management should pay more attention on the wiring of the sound system from the laptop to the mixer.
Room Tip: Ask for the sun set view, it's very nice.
