I just used their meeting facilities twice to give seminars. Therefore, I couldn't say anything about the room.
The meeting room I used was Cempaka room. From the interior of the room, this hotel is old and really need the refurnish almost every corner of it. The lighting of the Cempaka meeting room was terrible, I felt like I was in the cave because the ceiling was short and not to mention that you have to take 5 steps stairs down from the ground level.
The sound system was also not good, but they have the excellent staff (I forgot his name) was really gave me a full effort to make the seminar I was going to deliver become as good as it gets. If it was not because of him, I think I had to deliver it without using mic at all! The projector in another hand, really needed to be replaced with the new and more advance ones! What they had was the old one with not too bright and sometimes out of focus.
The snack for the coffee break was good, but I believe they still can make it better.
