I didn't spend the night in this hotel, but I use the meeting room to give a seminar for two hours instead.
My flight was delayed when I arrived in Bali, and needed to be hurry to this hotel since my class is about to start very shortly. But since its location less than 1 kilometer from the Ngurah Rai Airport, I thought I could get there in time. But, because of this very reason, no meter taxis were willing to take me to the hotel. All of them mention the same thing: They have waited long enough to get the passenger only to drive them less than 5 minutes. In this case, I had to use the unofficial airport taxi and bargain the fare. It cost me 4 times as much as the fare I should pay if using the meter taxi. So... if you're choosing this hotel, make sure the hotel picks you up from the airport, and it will make your travel a lot easier.
I cannot comment the room, but I can say very much about the meeting room. The meeting room that I used was OK, but since this is the hotel for pleasure, they were not paying much attention to it. The location was in the mezzanine floor and it was hit with direct afternoon sun. Though the room is air-conditioned, but you have to stay in the room to keep yourself nice and cool. The moment you step outside, for coffee break for instance, you will fill sweat starting to form on your body. In my humble opinion, at least they put enough fans to cool the air down a little bit.
But at least, the food for the coffee break was good. :)
