Ningbo is famous of its three rivers, and one of the best spot to enjoy it, is from up high. This is exactly what Marriott Ningbo has to offer. All room in this hotel is somewhat has a river view. But the room which gets better view is the one in the corner, where you can enjoy the junction of three rivers with at least 4 beautiful bridges in sight. I stayed in room 3510 and I had a privilege to enjoy such view.
This hotel is relatively new and you know by staying there since everything in the room is new and modern. The space of the room is also spacious compare to hotels in other China's cities. Not to mention the amenities in the room consider very complete.
If you want to swim, this hotel indoor swimming pool with warm water plus the hot whirl pool in the corner giving you a relax atmosphere, made me forget that it was in the winter where the temperature was almost freezing outside. If it's not enough, you can enjoy sauna and steam room inside the changing room with another warm and cold whirl pool available next to the showers. They even gave my 5 year old daughter a teddy bear plastic slipper for souvenir :)
Breakfast... what do you want? You name it, and they have it. From Chinese cuisine, Japanese, Western, and even traditional from inland China. But if you are a Muslim like I am, you have to be careful and always ask the waiter before you eat because many menu has pork in it.
Don't worry about getting lost in this hotel, because all the hotel staff can speak good English and they will walk you to the place around the hotel if you ask for direction. They even walk you to the elevator... too much ha? :)
But staying in this hotel, is one of the best hotel experience for me. You should try it.
