I didn't stay in the room of this hotel, and use the ballroom to give the seminar instead. So I cannot say anything about the room. But I surely can comment on the ballroom and the food they served.
The ballroom is huge and consider good to held big seminar. The lighting was good and the resonance of the sound system in the room was also good. But, the food was consider under my expectation, since I was expecting something better because it is the 4-star hotel. May be for the room service is better, I really don't know.
The location is OK, though it is not in the heart of Bandung city, but it is very close to the one of the toll gate of Kopo when you chose to exit from the toll way if you are traveling by car from Jakarta or neighboring cities.
