I gave the health seminar in this hotel and didn't spend the night, so I cannot say anything about the room. But the ball room was good though the sound system was terrible that I had to shout sometimes since my voice is disappeared from the speakers. It gave me shore throat the next morning. The food was average, but the service also was lower than what expected. I said this because I asked for the fork to enjoy my lunch. Not until I almost finished eating my lunch, a waiter gave me the fork I needed. It just made unhappy and was not enjoying my meal at all. I hope they do more training for the staff and the waiter to deliver excellent service, also to repair the sound system in the ball room.
